Hacker and Spam Material

Hacker and spam material are considered unacceptable content. This includes links to pirated software, "hacker" programs, archives of "Warez Sites", game rooms or MUDs, Chat Rooms, IRC Bots, Egg Drop programs, programs designed to send unsolicited advertisements (i.e. "spamware"), any kind of illegal software or shareware.

Intellectual Property

KabayanCentral strongly supports Intellectual Property Rights! Any site containing (or links to sites containing) unauthorized copies of Intellectual properties such as books, videos, music and references are prohibited.

NAMES AND TRADEMARKS

It is NOT affiliated with any other physical corporation or store with similar sounding names.

It may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not being promoted or sold by Kabayan Central Net Works, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.
